stuff

I've been feeling restless, lately.  Sort of.  Restless but alternatively completely bleh.  I don't want to leave home because my mom really needs me right now, but also I absolutely have to get away, get back to school.  I want to take a road trip - I really really wish I had a car so I could drive back up north instead of flying, because while it wouldn't really be a travel adventure, at least it would just be me traveling, a little bit.  Just getting back to school will be enough, though.  New dorm, new roommates, new classes - I just need new, right now, I think.  And to get away from my family before I really start freaking out.

But enough of that.  New Merlin this weekend, if the police don't come and find me for downloading it from online sites, I guess, and new Supernatural in three weeks.  Maybe I'll go visit friends at Berkeley for a weekend, too, just for something exciting to do.  And LaRM and I conquered poor internet connections and oddities with the Skype call recorder to do the first of our little segments for AsCast today (it's the interview segment, though the craziness of the past month meant we didn't actually have an interview today, so it was just us babbling on about Eustace fan fic and postulating about what the VotDT movie will mean in fandom, but we had fun).  And I'm making a bunch of friendship bracelets for people and trying to relearn actual patterns, which keeps me busy and is also nice and quiet.  And today I did laundry, so tomorrow I can start organizing clothes and stuff and pre-packing.
