 ....*death*

Just sent off my final paper of this quarter. SIGH.  This week has been crazy.

Sunday, studying night one.  Me and my two best friends here (yes, they're in my three-classes-a-quarter program.  We're odd little people who gravitate towards the company of other learning-freaks) went up to the twelfth floor study lounge, where there are walls of whiteboard (SHINY) and comfy chairs and horrific scratchy carpeting.  Stayed there for nine hours. Ordered Domino's pizza, the experience of which resulted in us getting the supercode for buy-one-get-one-free - woot!  Then watched Ferris Bueller's Day Off (which was really a ploy to get the cute guy my friend likes to come watch it with us. MUAHAHAHA, we are subtle beings).

Monday, studying night two.  Oh wait, tried to go to math in the morning and MISSED IT BECAUSE OF DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME. Argh.  Anywho, went back up to our beloved whiteboards.  The remarkable point was me saying that we couldn't go get food because it was Friday and so it was closed.  Yes, I really thought it was Friday.

Tuesday, studying night three.  Went to history review session in the morning, which was very helpful, mainly in the fact that it told me I needed to go do even more work on that.  That night consisted of more whiteboard-room, writing my oral synthesis presentation in which I discussed women getting smacked around by their husbands and also me cackling over the word 'given' to describe a woman getting married. Got some sleep, I think.

Woke up Wednesday, reviewed some more, freaked out, practiced my presentation, walked over to exam room a half hour early, freaked out some more, then got into the room and did the final.  It. Was. Awesome.  I've complained a lot about how nervous I get for these, but really? I love it.  The profs were so chill and it quickly devolved into more of a conversation than an examination, and it went well, and I really really love learning. *hugs school*

Math final and art essay didn't even matter anymore, but those are done, too.  I'm pretty confident in my grades for this quarter and I'm DONE.  Can't wait to get home to my kitty and my family and my friends and also my mother's cooking.

And I have so much to catch up on - I owe about a bazillion reviews, and I have that bar-fic to write by next Sunday, other writing projects I should work on, I need to file FAFSA and start setting up a summer job.  But I'm FREE.  And very dramatic.

*keels over into bed*

Done! Done! What a wonderful, giddy feeling of freedom!! Congratulations! My mind is going a bit splodey over a white board room. I find that a bit scary -- like being in the white rubber room.

Done, done!! Congrats, how wonderful!

I have fond memories of white board rooms - around the eleventy-billionth hour of studying they get filled with such cracktacular things!

Glad your exam went well, sounds like you had a kick-ass quarter!

Congrats on being done! (And on the whiteboard room... which for some reason, I feel I must congratulate you on.)

Freedom, freedom, what a lovely word!

WHOOO! <333 so very very proud of you, that is an absolutely stunning amount of work. and the whiteboard room sounds like it would be loads of fun under any normal circumstances.

(and yes, of course it would be a two-parter. It's quite good though, when you get around to it.)
