I swoon for Misha Collins

metonomia HOT DAMN CASTIEL IS SO FINE. You guys I have not come down from my capslocking high of love. Castiel is amazing, and perfect, and wonderful, and imperfect and thus more perfect, and OMG I LOVE HIM WAY TOO MUCH.
Seriously, though, I've been intermittently out of my mind with glee and heartpounding excitement over season four (I just finished 'It's the Great Pumpkin, Sam Winchester'), and having actual thinky thoughts about it.
First of all, Castiel (I say first of all, I really mean pretty much this entire post). Aside from being utterly gorgeous (those EYES OMG MISHA COME MARRY ME) and totally badass (the two fingers of angelic might! heeee!), and saying beautiful and amazing things like "show me some respect," and "i'm the one who gripped you tight and raised you from perdition" (I WILL GO GET MYSELF INTO PERDITION SO YOU CAN RAISE ME FROM IT, FOR REALZ), his appearance raises all sorts of wondrous questions and possibilities.
For example, angel lore! I doubt that a lot of my thoughts and desires are going to happen, because I have picked up bits and pieces of what will happen in 4 and 5, but still. GOOD OLD TESTAMENT ANGELS. They are soldiers of the LORD! So much could be done there. I want Hebrew-speaking, and references to Castiel travelling the land and talking with Abraham and I don't know, being biblically awesome. I want...Angels are messengers/messages from God, I wonder if Castiel the soldier feels demeaned by having to go be messenger boy to Dean and babysit him and his stupid demon-blooded brother ( I personally don't think Sam's stupid, that's the Cas on my shoulder speaking. Sam's nerdiness when he meets Castiel? ADORABLE). I want Castiel to meet Susan Pevensie and tell her how okay it is to doubt because look I'm an angel and I doubt too. And I want him to come tell me I'm a work of art :D Pretty please. Also I really really want to somehow go to the Vancouver con this August with Misha and the boys (ALSO ALSO I, er, tweeted at Misha. I might have to keep doing so for a while, and if he somehow responds I will just drop everything and DIE). And, and, and, there's more, but I'm devolving into fangirl glee again.
In lit class the other day, I was trying to stay awake (because I had been up all night watching the glory that is Castiel's entrance), so I wrote little bits of Cas and Dean talking about Dean in hell. Something like -
"I'm the one who gripped you tight and raised you from perdition."
"Well, thanks, but I don't exactly remember my perdition."
And Castiel gives him THAT LOOK of "I am angel, see me dazzle fangirls everywhere" and says "You were boiling in the river of blood. Crying like a baby."
"Hey hey hey, I don't cry. At least, not like a baby."
And Castiel gives him THAT LOOK of "show me some respect or I'll smite you, what I say is TRUTH" and says ...something. That's where I stopped because I had to actually talk about Dante's seventh circle of Hell, not just put Dean into it. [And, I'm not sure he'd go there. I put him in the seventh circle in the river of blood, for violence against others, but I'm just not sure. There's not exactly a circle for 'made an utterly noble deal with a demon to save his baby brother']
CAS/SUSAN. I want it. World, does this exist?
